Default Wacom Tablet and Midi

Hello,

I am thinking about getting a Wacom tablet for scratching. Has anyone developed a program to make the computer look at this as a MIDI device?? Does the computer look at this device as a mouse??

Anyway, I am running Pilgrim and just wanted to see if this was possible before I bought it. Thanks.

Yes, a free program called miditab can do this. If you search the forum you will find some previous discussion of what can be done with this stuff, its pretty cool, as you can make it act as multiple different midi controllers depending on which buttons you have pressed. Also the pressure sensitive tip can act as a midi controller too.
