Hey optix,
i need footage of people commuincating in sign language. Would anyone have ANY idea (besides grabbing a camera and filming my own, on a sign language school ), or have any linx to such footage?Cheers for any help

you could ask some institute for deaf people, i guess. i once had a cd-r for deaf people with information about the euro, cd was full of avi.

there's also a couple of fonts with the ASL (american sign language).. basically outlines of hands performing the motions.. i used this as an overlay in one of my compositions... make your own sentences...

the cdr i had was made by the dutch government. unfortuneatly i threw it away last week. guess every goverment has such cdr's. i am not into this stuff, so i can't help you any further.
