real time output with text, please help

I'm trying to do a video projection of real time but with text over the top, have been advised to use flow motion but is there an easier way to do it with premier or after effects? would appreciate any help.

are post production, you couldn't use a live feed with them. I'd go with Resolume, more intuitive interface, firewire and analog capture devices supported, reasonably priced, good user base, text input is realtime via flash text plugins.

did you try Flow 2.0 ?
Analogue/dv devices supported too, new interface more intuitive
By the way, Premiere/AfterEffects won't be so easy to use than Flow/Resolume in a live set .
What's difficult in typing your text and put it in the image grid ?
