Image/ine

I'm very new at this but am just wondering whether anyone here uses Image/ine and, if so, can tell me where I can find some tutorials. I've done the tutorial that comes with the program and can understand that fine but there are a few basics that I can't seem to work out and are not in the tutorial - such as how to get a Quicktime to play in the movie window. Maybe I'm just missing something extremely simple but I'd appreciate any help. thanks.
