[CYNETART]

CYNETART media art festival, based in Dresden, Germany, meeting at the
intersection of hedonistic living, open minds and critical and academic
thinking. We like to play and see with all senses. The emphasis in the
last years could be found in interaction a/v and interconnected movement
platforms, workshops, (interactive) A/V shows, installations.

Every two years, there is a competition. So is in 2012.
Three and possibly even more awards are provided.
New in 2012 is the A/V showcase PANORAMA, concentrating
on films and video clips.

competition 2012:

As an artist, creative, designer, VJ, academic, group or tribe you
can apply with one or two projects using the forms on the CYNETART website.
Or just send email with data and later the signed forms.

Application deadline is: 30 March 2012

The completion of the work or of the submitted project outline must
not date back further than two years.

CYNETART is a festival made by the Trans-Media-Akademie Hellerau in Dresden.

The 16th Edition of the festival will present an exhibition of the winning
projects and selected competition entries, first-class performances and an
evening program with live sets of international electronic musicians and VJs
at the Festspielhaus Hellerau and other selected spots in Dresden.
