Thank you PCProject! But I need about 50 copies since the plan is to use it as course literature at three different universities where I teach. This was specified only vaguely in the post title, I know.
And yes, I know how to search the web, but is hoping for someone to have a more personal connection or whatever, with the two editors or the publisher. I have tried to get hold of all three of them. IŽll try today again. Have a nice day!
