Default VCD's - do they work everywhere?
are there country standards for VCD's? will a VCD that i burn here in the states be viewable overseas?

also, before anyone else jumps in and starts telling lies, it won't matter if the VCD is made to NTSC or PAL standard either..

cool - i've been sending out VCD's overseas and this just occured to me. no ones complained, i guess they work.
