Midi Problem with uc 33e

Hi guys !!

Massive problem with the uc 33 controler , even when is not plug to a computer the minimum/maximum value for each knob or fader is always 0 to 123 instead of 0 to 127 ? qnd it suppose to be 127 like every controler

Does anyone could help me please

PS : i bought it second hand i already did a +- on/off reset but nothing change
