Hama VM 518

Does anyone know anything about Hama VM 518 and why it is so cheap as a video mikser?
Is it usefull for vjing on 2 pc?

the only hama-videomixer capable of mixing two videosources simultaneously is the dvm1000, anything else is fairly useless.
