Gigs in Los Angeles?

We're gonna make a documentary about three guys from the Netherlands trying to make it in the world.
We're VJ'ing, making art and doing performances.
Any chance there's someone out of LA that can give us some pointers or maybe arrange a VJ gig for us? It's for Dutch television.
Would be very cool!
