Default Does Anyone Want An Apprentice????

I am based in the London area and am desperately trying to get into the VJing scene.
Although I know Dj's/promoters etc I dont know any other VJ's and would really like to learn off someone.
I have very little experience but am a very very quick and keen learner and would be really grateful if anyone would let me be there apprentice! Even if its only for a couple of hours!
Let me know if anyone is able to do this.

Thanks very much
Helen

Hi and welcome to the forums. Besides getting some hands on experience with a local VJ you can really decrease the learning curve by checking out some of the threads here. There are tons of reviews, tutorials, and info sitting at your fingertips. good luck!

yup

he's set up a blog http://mandesert.blogspot.com/ which if you read from the beginning makes interesting reading...

i like the office weapons watch section and the random pictures of flack jackets and helmets scattered around his workplace!

makes you appreciate how life is in the uk, and how places only a few hours flight away are soo completely different

hello one and all,

Aljazeera continues apace, 2months in and its still crazy. nightlife here is dead, but what the hell i needed a break anyway. and btw i have all the toys here, over 2000Pb of online storage space (yes thats Petabytes) and we run the station in 1080i and are currently looking at the viper camera systems installed, i have some cool new friends, (yes it does continue to be strange having a bbq and Daron Jordan and a weather girl lounge around your pool), men with machineguns guard the place you work, and people think you do a cool job when you meet them in the street.

Miss you all lots too.
