![]() Seems like it is backward in that you would want a midi out of the Elaton DMX operator, to use it for controling VJ software parameters. With midi in it would be great for sequenced midi music, but I think you will not find many VJ softs with midi out(really no reason to have it).

Hey VJbigfug,
can you give us some example/ideas of how you can use your midi out FF fx? I can certainly see a need for a midi thru output,(so that a midi controller could control the VJ soft, and also pass thru to control other audio and or VJ software). Maybe a midi out could send the VJ softs BPM clock out to sync other VJ softs, but what else did you have in mind when you wrote that FF plugin?

Short Answer NO
Long Answer YES Since there is NO MIDI output in the Specs, you need to work with the DMX. So you need to insert the DMX in your computer using some kind off DMX-USB interface (they start at 100 euro), and than you need to run a tool like DMX2MIDI to translate your DMX to MIDI, and finaly you need to input that MIDI to Resolume. Good luck with that ![]() (or does Resolume accepts DMX straight in? Haven't checked since 2.0)
