My proble is a little bit dificult to explain. I configured the BCR2000 and Resolume and it worked out fine a couple of months. When I connect now my BCR2000 with USB on my PC, I see my PC see the BCR2000. When I start Resolume and go to preferences I see the BCR2000 in the MIDI devices. But when I turn a rotor or presh a knob nothing happens.
When Iupdate the driver and update the Sysex file sometimes this works and I can work with the BCR2000 and Resolume, but often nothing happens. What is my problem and how can I solve this? |

I have exactly the same problem, took over an hour to get it workin, by reinstalling drivers and running update utility. It seems like the bcr isnt transmitting any midi info, but is shown as connected in Resolume.Poo

I think you are listening to a different channel than the BCR is sending.
Try and read a bit, so you actualy understand MIDI ![]() This might also help: " Midiox is a helpful little tool which allows you to check if the computer is actually receiving MIDI. Download at http://www.midiox.com "

Sometimes it works tho by reinstalling the bcr driver then updating the sysex file, goes through all 16 midi channels n checks them then works, but a lot of the time i get a time out error.

I am using Midiox already to communicatie between BCR2000 and computer. With Midiox I can always communicate with BCR2000, but when I am using Resolume or even the Sysex update software of Behringer, my PC sees the BCR2000, but the BCR200 can not communicate TO the computer....
I am getting fed-up with the problem... |

is this an issue only with resoulme or with any vj software? have u tried other vj soft?
not overly helpful but at least u could then rule out your resolume/computer being to blame |

or is it a user error? have you tried learning how your equipment actually functions? or do you rely on it working with no understanding of what your doing what so ever?

I tried to connect with a nother USB cable and that didn't work out. Then I tried to put the USB on a nother port of the computer (it was in front of the computer) in the back of the computer, and for now it worked right after I put it in the back. Maybe that's the solution. But I will only be happy if it also works after a couple of days! For now, it looks good!

It has to do with USB 1.1 in front of my PC and USB 2.0 in the back, someone told me...
