ASF to MOV for Mac

Right im not just starting but i didnt know where else to post it

Can someone please tell me how to convert ASF in to MOV i have looked for hours on the internet but dont really have the money to buy a converter, so if there is not a cheap one avaliable could i email somone the file and then they can convert it and send it back again please help, they are welcome to use the clip as payment
