OpenTZT's native effects: Freeframe ports?

Does anyone know whether OpenTZT's (awesome) native effects have been ported to Freeframe, and if so, where I might find them?

I'm especially eager to find these effects:
Spiral, Land, LandEx, Tnl, TnlEx, Kaleid, Cy.Warp, Wave, R.Zoom, R.Patt

If they haven't been ported, my next question would be, why not? The only obvious reasons I can think of are 1) they depend on features of OpenTZT that a Freeframe host couldn't provide, or 2) these effects are already distributed as Freeframes from some other (proprietary?) source.

Co-sign here! I'd really like to use Esotics TZT effects as freeframe plugins in Resolume. I still love TZT though!
