Are you using Video Cleaner Lite or Pro? It should be under compression settings. Might be under specify settings when you select the codec.

Do you mean what software exports video with keyframes set to every 1? If thats the case then most software that can export video will do it, but the options generally in the render setting or output settings, even the codec can vary what settings you get.

Are you using mac or PC?
There is a ton of options depending on budgets, if your serious about making footage and are unsure where to start, then go for demos on Sony Vegas and After Effects for PC or Final Cut for Mac. If its just sampling and re encoding the keyframes then PC I'd go for something like Virtual Dub or AVI splitter or stick with cleaner if you can spot settings.

For good clean re-encoding the make sure you pick a decent codec and set the kps to a resonable level. Codec vary and different ones suit different styles of content, also depends again on operating system.

Default Both

We use a mac and a PC, but the mixman is used with the PC. So, we are going to use the encoder in XP. We already have the River Past Video Cleaner Pro 6.5.4 and it can export lots of videos at the same time. Do you know another one which works this same way? Do you know if the River Past (the one we have) exports keyframes set to every frame?
Thanks.
