Hello! (First post!)

Hi guys,

I'm a fairly experienced visuals guy based in Sheffield in the UK. Been lurking on your boards for a while now but I guess it's time I got involved.

I've got over 4 years experience in the techy side of the Entertainments industry as a whole, everything from packing a truck to mixing bands and lampying to stage managing Motorhead.

The last couple of years though I've got into visuals in a big way, with a somewhat old school approach of making video loops on tape and mixing them with cameras and logos and what not. More recently I'm into the realms of After Effects, and making DVDs. The next step is playing with laptops and VJ software which not too experienced with.

I've done many, many different types of event including cheesy clubs, black tie balls, multicultural shows and indie bands. In fact it's the hard dance and drum 'n bass nights which I've probably been involved least in!
