Default Legal issues with invoices

Just wondering whether there were things that should always be included on qoutes/invioces in order to make it simpler to claim money that you've not got paid for.
Thankfully this has not happened to us yet, but if it does I want to make sure that I don't get to the small claims court and find out I've missed something on the quote/invoice that lets them get away...

Attached is a template I've drawn up, and would like to know if I've missed anything.

With thanks
Tom
