Default Laptop second (third?) display cards

Anybody actually run one of those PMCIA graphics cards?
Check this out... the VTBook
http://www.villagetronic.com/index.html
If you dig through the site there's even some craziness where it shows a laptop running six outputs.

I'd love to do some dual screen output stuff with my laptop. Kind of crazy, but really the only thing holding me back is having two outputs.

Anybody try this?

Note: Buy a frickin' tower! is not an acceptable answer.

AFAIK PCIMCIA is pretty slow. May work fine for controll screen or perhabs low res 2D stuff, but I think not working for high res.

Default Outputs

Well, I'd be doing 640x480
But it does raise the question exactly how much work is done on the card.

But if all I'm doing is two 640x480 outputs and mainly doing positioning.... and all the video filters etc. upstream.
