Hey everyone,
I'm building a video Glitcher/Effect/Feedbackbox/quasi Synth thing at the moment by circuit bending Composite to VGA and VGA to Composite converters. Might be interesting to some of you guys. Here's a little teaser from the very humble beginnings of the project: By now, the circuit bending part of the machine is nearly done and I've also built in some pots for the VGA signals for negative colour mixing. There's an attachable gooseneck CCTV camera for live feed sillyness and an internal feedback mode which produces gorgeous wandering Blobs, Starfields and stuff. There's a lot more to do, though, especially with the VGA signal and audio input and stuff... I'm super exited about this thing right now and I'm gonna upload more documentation about it (also in it's current state), soon. Best, Simon

Here's an early picture of the guts of it. Lots and lots and lots of colourful wires have been added since then.
http://www.schaefersimon.de/Bilder/blok/vidoglitsch.jpg I'm probably gonna do a proper writeup about it as soon as I find the time to do so. Tonight's gonna be the first field test. And the first time I'm gonna see it projected. Can't wait.

Looking great, excited to see more. What is the original hardware you are bending?
