Hi,
I have to create the following set up with limited gear, I wondered if anyone could advise? We will film a talking head interview with 3 cameras - shooting from front, left and right simultaneously. I need to map these three shots back onto three sides of a cube, using 3 projectors, so they run in sync. So far, pretty easy. The effect will be that the viewer can walk around this cube, and see the interviewee from more or less the same angles as thye would in person. My problem is this: we only have one computer for playback, which only has a single video output. We don't have a triple head card to map to the individual projectors. Is there any type of splitter or software that we can use to make this work? Thanks, Kol |

Pretty basic solution and you will lose resolution, but how about sending all three sides to each projector within one image and physically masking out the ones you don't want on each side with a bit of card and tape? no purchase necessary

Seriously grab a matrox triple head, will make this job sooooo much easier. You can pick the older analog models up pretty cheap on ebay these days.
If you can afford 3 projectors, you can afford a matrox
