Desktop capture

Hey all!
I was wondering what programs you'd use to capture desktop footage including audio.
I have been able to find many options for just video but not audio as well. Any help would be appreciated!

welp...if anyone is interested in the same bit of info. I found a good program called screen flow. Has a bit more options than the simpler programs.

This is for a Mac?
It would have helped in your original post and possibly getting a reply if you had specified a platform! Not trying to bitch slap you just making the point that you needed to put more info originally and maybe even linked to the solution in your reply, the fact of replying with a solution was no bad thing!
