Projection mapping is 70% projection, 20% content and 10% luck / experience. if your depending on a projector hire firm to do the projection part of the job then you best choose people who have experience of mapping and their own software solution to do it or the project will be a big failure. supplying a bluray disk will be an utter waste of time, either they will play it and it won't fit the building or they will choose not to play it as they can't make it fit the building. You need either a company with the skills equipment and experiance to do the mapping, or you need to gain these things yourself and be onsite to take full responsibility. good luck!

thanks sleepytom for your input.
yesterday i was checking out resolume arena and it seems this will be the solution i'll go. as the mapping i'm doing is not overly complex i will render out the elements to place on the windows on separate layers with alpha and position / deform / mask them on site ..... i figured out that blue ray will not work out for this
