Yes it is. Unfortunately I've gone and miss placed the Power Supply Unit but at the price it remains a bargain. If you're interested drop me an email or call, you'll find contact detail via my web site.
I should add after a few enquiries from overseas the items here are for sale in the UK only as I was spending too long arranging quotes, couriers etc etc etc. Sorry to those who have shown interest.
