and the advice about insurance is spot on -

i was very lucky that i managed to find an old IDE hard drive that i had backed up my loops on that i had totaly forgoten about while building a pc for a mum a few weeks ago -

initialy this H/D was reading as dead on my mates xp pc but when i pluged it into my win7 pc after borrowing 3YE's/ginger mats H/D cady (mine had died a mouth or so ago and my new desktop that i managed to scrape the cash together for had no IDE conection - should have thought a bit harder about what i was going to need to plug into it, Doh!) it showed up as uninitialized after a some investigation on line i managed to initialize it and low and behold all my loops were still there -

you might not get what you whant but sometimes you do get what you need as they say -

so once again thanks for the moral surport from one and all its helped a lot
