Default Using Edirol V-4 in Europe & UK

Im going to go on a VJ tour soon, and bringing with me dvd players, Edirol V-4, some cameras & their chargers, etc. Im wondering if I need to bring a stepdown voltage converter with me, similar to what you'd use for an electronic musicians live rig?
Or can I use a simple converter plug for this equipment?
Im not sure how i can find out.. i looked at the Edirol website and couldnt find any info about the range of voltages that will work for it..
any ideas?

thanks

US 120v AC I think.
UK and Europe 230v AC. Also we use PAL and not NTSC.

the power adapter for the device says
INPUT: 100-240V~

does this mean that that range of inputs works for it & i can just get a little adapter to put on the plug part of it? similar to how you'd use ur phone charger in other countries?

the reason i ask is because bands often bring a heavy & expensive stepdown voltage converter for their electronics, which actually lowers the voltage, and then you plug an american powerstrip into it. if i didnt have to bring this it'd be awesome.
Im just not sure how it works... if anyone had experience that'd be helpful

Thanks!

yep if the voltage on the power pack says it can take 100-240v it will be fine with just an adapter.

We had no issues in Europe and the US with out V4 as it also switches from PAL to NTSC but we were just mixing laptops.

You will probably have more of an issue with your cameras and DVD players and making it work on a PAL system depending on the venues setup.

I was thinking also of NTSC coded content and any subsequent impact that may have.

what devon said.

the v4 wont convert signals from ntsc to pal - the setting on the v4 only determines what the mixer is outputting. ntsc into a pal v4 wont result in your source being converted to pal.

what is "everything else"?

if your doing a simple setup with the V4 outputting direct to your own projectors then just use NTSC.

Only if your connecting to other vision mixers will you need a standards converter.
