Default Blackmagic Intensity SDK + Syphon?

Hi

We're looking for a capture device for our mac in the near future, the problem is that the thunderbolt port takes away the video output.

But the Blackmagic intensity devices have hdmi out, problem solved? No, because resolume doesn't support output through capture devices.

Solution? Blackmagic has released a SDK for these devices. Couldn't it be possible to use this SDK with syphon? You could build something that makes a syphon server from your capture device input and a syphon client from the capture device output.

Question to the smart people: is this possible?

The intensity is either a capture device OR an output device - you canot capture and output from the same device at the same time.

Recent macs have multiple thunderbolt ports, get one of them.

Hmm, to bad you can only use the input or the output.

I just bought a new macbook (few months before the new macbooks) so now buying a new is not possible.
