Legal sources for music videos

I am new to the VJ world and from my research on this forum so far it appears that the only current legal sources to license music videos for use in a nightclub are Promo Only and Screenplay. Is this accurate?

Actually, from looking at the Screenplay website it appears that they do not license to nightclubs. I've sent them an email to ask about this.

I'm also wondering if its possible to contact record companies directly and ask to be included on their music video distribution list (if there is such a thing)?

Just an FYI that Screenplay got back to me and said they have a division that also sells music videos for download and on disc.
