2nd screen recording

Hello everyone , It would b great if someone help me with below question ,

I use nuvj 1.0 with nuvj controller , my dell xps has a hdmi and mini display output which is connected to 4 television's and a projector , My question is how do I record my vjing (video which comes from my laptop) and audio (which comes from dj's pioneer djm 600)

also even if i am not able to record the audio it would be ok but how can i record the output of my video (while i am connected to tv's and projector)
