Self imposed ban

I've asked both Tom and Rovastar to remove my admin rights, I've also asked for my username to be banned for 6 months,

Its what I want, and I do not need pursuation, for me its about the right thing to improve my daily life.

I won't be logging back on, for a long long while. I simply can't spend any more time, reading or answering questions here without it driving me nuts. The day I started getting worked up for hours after reading replies here I knew it was time to take a long long long break away, I've fought that feeling for a month or two and its still there so I'd rather ban myself than keep coming back here only to wind myself up.

Basically, I'm not learning anything new, I'm not enjoying it any more, Its taking too much time, and all in all, I want to break the habit.
