Hey guys.

Im in a bit of a trouble now. My computer borke with all my footage. Usually i do my own clips, but i dont have time now, i have a performance on wednesday

I have some material i downloaded, analogrecycling vj clips.. I found this site on this forum anyhow. It,s copyright starts with : "2000 - 2006"... And then the text with all the rights etc. Does this mean that this copyright lasts until 2006 and after that it is usable and I can put them in my performance?

im sure you are fine to use the Analogue Recycling clips. i think the dates refer to when they were made.

If a VJ makes loops available the way I view it is that for onscreen in a live environment no problem except if the event is being filmed for any sort of commercial release.
I wouldnt think to use them in any other sort of a project that invloved the clips being resold in any sort of a way.
