Default Festinho festival - call out for VJ's/installations/films

So its come to the time of year when we're starting to look for vj's for this years festival

Festinho is a boutique charity festival which started off 5 years ago as a garden party to raise money for the abc trust (action for brazilian children) and has grown into a festival in its own right.

We've changed location this year and will be at Hinwick House in northamptonshire over the august bank holiday weekend.

The whole festival is there to raise money for charity and last year we made 25k which went directly to the charity. Therefore there are no paid vj slots, but we can cover basic expenses and offer you a meal and a couple of drinks on the day of your performance. Obviously you get a free ticket for the weekend and a +1 for a friend/lover! (as its a charity do, your guest will be asked if they'd like to make a donation towards the charity, normally £10, but this is entirely up to you with no pressure to donate!)

All the managers/crew/staff offer their time for free so its not a situation of some being paid and others not... its all about making cash for kids who need help.

Past acts have included: Hexstatic, The Bays, Crazy P, Jon Hopkins, Gilles Peterson and the Cuban Brothers..

We'll be mainly programming for the 2 club space's and there might be a few sets on the main stage too...

We're also looking for interesting art installations/light projects that we can install around the site, so if you've been working on an idea and want somewhere to show it, then this could be your place! We're also looking into the possibility of video mapping the main house (as seen on the website) so if that takes your fancy then let us know!

We have a cinema area too, so if you have a film that you'd like shown then drop us a line....

Details about the festival are available http://festinho.com/

If you'd like to apply to play, then please use the form on this page http://festinho.com/performer-enquiry-form/

Thanks for your time
