Default DanceNode RADIO - The Live Broadcast

Hey ppl,

I lurk a bit and don't really post anymore. Got a case of information overload so rarely get a chance to devote time to trawl through the forums anymore, but I figured I'd share a short video of some recent work.

This was for an internet radio show 'DanceNode Radio' live broadcast party. I collaborated with a mate of mine and we were responsible for the custom audio reactive visuals which were projected and masked to display on the ceiling. Nothing particularly complicated, we had limited time to set this up and thanks to the flexibility of Quartz Composer this was achievable in around 5-6 hours (including the graphics prep).

Tools:
Apple Quartz Composer
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe After Effects
Blender 3D

Hardware:
Apple iMac 24"
Hitachi CP-A100 - Short throw projector

cool! Yes the green circles were pretty spesh. Nice use of a small space. Always wondered what it would be like to project on a roof like that

Cheers. Thanks for the feedback. The 3d cube was simple, but really nice effect if you stood right under it because of the distortion. I'm always a sucker for particles though too.
