Hi all,
Am just going through the two hours of footage we filmed on Wednesday whilst showing off our new interactive art installations. We got a dancer from Laben Contemporary Dance to come along and perform a improvised interaction with four of our pieces, the first video is available here: http://bit.ly/1pitk7 We used a rather weird set-up, having two 800x600 projectors mounted on their sides to form a 1200x800 screen (yes, you can see where they overlap!) then using some tasty new code in PatchBox, we were able to align them both to the view of the infra-red camera we were using to film the motion. The result is that we can map exactly where people are standing against the wall, regardless of projector/camera positioning, and then project over or around them. Obviously there's a bit of lag but given the style of the piece, it's not entirely unwelcome! We've also developed a way of doing the same kind of real-time mapping on 3D shapes, but that's for another day ![]() Hope you enjoy, and any feedback welcome. Best wishes, Alex

Thank you! The flicker is unfortunately due to us using a couple of cheap DLP projectors
![]() It doesn't happen when you see it live. We've also editing the show-reel from the rest of the evening: http://bit.ly/40Bg6w
