I think this is fun and what clubbing performances should be all about. Quite often take my commercial DVD's to gigs and sample tracks like this live, shows effort on the VJ's behalf and connects with the music immediatly. As long as you dont over do it. It's better than squiggly lines

I've not tech'd a stage where they've been on but i presume they are playing these off DVJs or out of Serato with the animation pre-made and turned into an AV track to playback easily whilst maintaining sync. If they are doing it another way then i would be quite surprised.

yeah, they are DVJ users - i heard it discussed at Matter the other day when someone was drooling at the dj setup there in the booth of doom.

It works for what they do I reckon.
It could be a bit tidier graphically but that's me. They play, as 2manyDJs, wall to wall party classics so it works. |
