if you are looking at postage, then a dvd in a cardboard sleeve is under 60g. in plastic it's over (I assume 60g is still the limit for the lowest priced postage in the uk, I'm pretty sure that the size of it wont go over the size limit, but I've not posted any dvds since the rules changed).

A DVD should get heavier than a CD after you burn all that data onto it ...........

Surley a DVD weighs less when you burn the metals!?!
UK postage. Stick it in a plastic sleeve, in a cardboard backed envelope and it will meet the new requirements. It's size not weight! |
