Who of you are handling as well live visuals and audio simultanously?

Do you pull it off alone?
Gear?

Personally I'm fascinated by what people like ColdCut , Headspace, etc are doing ...

I do sometimes.I hook up my Vision Mixer through the dj's audio mixer and drop in the sound from video clips over the music.
Thats about the height of it.

I'm part of a band and the idea is to allocate visuals to certain audio-loops.

Me and my identical twin brother Scott McCall aka DJ p1LL spin every other friday in Downtown at a place called the Loft. Tonight is one of those nights p1LLy mixes MP3s on his custom built 'MixBox'. it's off da hook YO!

I'm also doing visuals at Extreme in Downtown every other Saturday (inc. tomorrow night) but don't know who to expect DJ-wise

my breakbreatXORsize project is a simultaneous AV-Project, but this year i will collaborate with various VJ, esp with WellREDman at milano in may. i planning to do a full AV show in spring next year

i did some shows with the DOP Experience last year
bandproject with guitar, vox, sax, some machines
and me as a vj .

Well that was indeed more the reason of my question

No partners, just me at the moment...
I'm using final scratch linux on the audio end.... cross platfrom Ibook/pc on the video end with motion dive/resolume and two mini dvd's. I"m thinking of adding the new edirol mixer to this setup soon.

the whole visual thing started for me as new thing that I could add to my otherwise audio performances. Of course it got totally out of hand and grabbed most of my time.
