Default Changing audio sample rates on mpeg files

Yu

i'm looking for a way to convert audio from 48khz to 44.1khz without recompressing mpeg2 files... any suggestion?

I've tried On VDub, but it just wat to export avi files....

i've found an issue, just using Asio4All to output realtime conversion to 44.1khz....

i'm not sure why you want to do this? anyway the correct method is to demux the audio from the mpeg stream and then convert its sample rate and then mux it back into the mpeg file.

i'd look at doom9.org or somewhere for simple tools to do this - as ever knowing what the process is called is 90% of the battle.

cause i use VirtualDJ to mix Audio/video clips, and i've a Behringer BCD2000 and this shite just play 44.1 khz.....
so I play VOB with audio in 48khz pcm, and I just don't want to recompress everyting.

well if asio for all is working for you then that's great - i suspect the converting the mpeg source files would be a better option for stability and speed but it is of course a somewhat convoluted process.
