Default size problems in premiere pro

hi, having problems with premiere pro.
my friend made a few short visual clips last year and saved them as quicktime mov. at 750 x 540 pixels. hes back from iraq now and were having a welcome home party for which i'd like to combine them in with my other clips which are 320 x 240. The problem is when i try to convert them in pro and obviously lose most of the image when exported as 320 x 240. Ive had this happern b4 and some how got round it, but now i'm stuck as how i did it..... can anyone help?? thanks.
