putting all the images in your slideshow isn't that hard; you can mail me for the code of this particular clip and replace the loading bit with an .attachMovie and load from the library.
But the thought behind this piece of code is that it is more flexible this way. But I can see why you want it in a single swf, you have more of an overview with 'slideshow_naked women.swf', 'slideshow_cans of beer.swf" etc.
On the other hand, you can load this one in a couple of times (just copy it and rename it a couple of times) and point them to the directories you have your images stored in.
