downloading content problems

can download from resolume, but when i try from archive.org i cant.
i have a mac, so if anyone can help that would be cool.
i use the "download" option then i try to save, but when i open it is says it cant find a corresponding file.
????

that means that the movie you downloaded points to another movie... basically, you downloaded the edit shortcuts, but not the movie... basically, it's useless without the master file.
