I've seen hybrid LCD/LED projectors. as LED tech continues to evolve so will prices drop and lumens rise. If flashlights can hit over 150 lumen, then so will projectors. be patient.

shoot at night with regular moving lights... think street side, etc...
not that I really know, but at least you'd (might) get interesting blurry images... lol :)

I have projected onto spherical mirrors before, and while it does work, it is not the most quality image, I'd be curious to hear how the wide angle lens mounted to the projector lens works out...
