no black on geforce tv-out with div.40 beta drivers??

has anyone tested the new drivers from nvidia? here http://download.nvidia.com/Windows/40.41/NVWinRel40_Features_11.pdf it says that it may be possible to eliminate them.

I will be testing them tomorrow.

I posted yesterday about tvcc2000.exe and tvtool.exe found at

It deals with the boarder issues, black and white sync issues and gives multimonitor support to cards that may not offer it.

tvcc2000 is free, tvtool is not but they do pretty much the same thing...
