Some bad news since I've just been told by my server (well, some automatic script ;)) that the RAM memory is low. I reached 97% of the 380Mb I have. I don't know why it uses so much resources, VJCentral is surely the most visited site I host (with almost 1000 visitors a day) but the server should be able to support much more than this. The VJCentral site use a lot of PHP/MySQL code so I guess I should look for optimizations... or maybe it's just one of the sites I host which accidentally used a lot of RAM. I'll monitor that. If it continues I'll have to add RAM although I think that the limit for this type of server is 512Mb.

Anyway if VJCentral/VJForums appears to be slow in the next few days it will probably be due to this.

Memory is again very low but this time I noticed that a single process is using 50% of all memory. I haven't figured out yet what it is but at least that means there probably won't need to upgrade the RAM.

Killed it... I don't know what it was, a command called "analog" which I never heard of and is not documented in any of the Linux books I have  There is now about 130Mb of free memory.

Server has been down during a moment today, and it worked again after I asked my host to reboot it. Sorry about that, no doubt it was a memory problem. :( I have ordered an upgrade to 512Mb of RAM, the maximum I can have on a Cobalt Raq4. I may get an additional server soon, but I need to finish a commercial site first so that I can reduce the costs.
