rs232 on an mx50 and an mx20 URGENT !

Does anyone have a clue if an mx20 has the same rs232 set of commands as an mx 50 ? I need to know because i have the commands for an mx 50, but not for the 20 !!!

heres the control data sheet for the rs232 on the AV55 / MX20 - sorry its such a big file size i haven't worked out how to scan things in acrobat without them ending up huge! MX20 / AV55 Serial info (http://www.brightonart.org/user/tom/AV55_serial_pinout.pdf)
