hey dudes, I need a cheap mixer or whatever to resize an image

I need a cheap mixer or box that will resize an image on the fly. the cheaper the better, basically that's all I need it to do.

I just need to take an image and make it smaller on the screen, dats it.

You refer "Image" rather "Movie" resize on the fly... So from a VJ viewpoint, I?ll do my best guess recommending Walhala VJ software for what I think you are looking for, Try this link:

If it is not any help to you, Please be more clear/specific about what "exactly" are you looking for, anyway I think there is nothing cheaper assuming you already have the PC to run this software. :)
