Okay, so I'm doing some filming this week for my halloween show, and I was wondering if anyone knew a good way to make your own fake blood - I'm looking for non-toxic and non-staining (at least of skin).
I have two models lined up, and I want to soak them with blood, but don't want to pay a fortune at a costume store. Any help would be greatly appreaciated.

I remember corn syrup and food coloring...but that might stain.
Google it!

or red food colouring and that clear liquid soap, though it does get a bit of froth some times :D
just find a semi demolished house, then you dont have to bother putting stuff on the floor.
edit:
oh look at my avatar
<---------- saturate the footage heaps and colour burn and what not.

thanks guys, I did more searching and found this:

I'm actually filming the whole thing at a club - there is a great white tile bathroom I want to do the blood scenes in, and lots of dark twisty hallways for the other parts.
I LOVE HALLOWEEN! Its the only time of the year I really get to do dark scary visuals - this year it is for dark dnb so I can go even crazier.
