By aim and by its own existence, at each levels, CIMATICS stimulate collaboration between the VJ community and other artists / technologies. Recognising the wide range of routes that lead artists into VJing (DJs, film makers, digital artists, musicians, fine artists, performance artists, technicians, etc). VJing is a discipline which particularly value the links between art and technique. Capitalising on the wide variety of other related activities that VJs are involved in (production, teaching, installation art, web media, corporate media, underground and indie media)
