NEW DJ BOX CAMS

Last week i installed a set of new dj box cams @ stealth one for each deck downstairs this may not be so unique, but for the fact that the djay is able to cut the cams himself and apply efects using the midi control on the allen and heath zone 92s, this setup was tested on wens at a scratching and hiphop event we held at stealth. the effect looked really good with on cam pointed @ the scratching deck and the other pointed @ the crossfader.

I've always had a camera (or two) on the DJ's at bigger events, and the audience always appreciate it. On occasions it's lead to some combined timing between myself and the DJ as well, which is always nice.

Interesting about the use of the zone92, it's become quite a widely used / venue installed audio mixer over the last 12 months (in London anyway). I'd be very interested to see that or any details of how you did it.
