About a month ago I posted a thread asking about the scene in Birmingham, a few people posted replies with a list of gigs. Unfortunately I have been away for the past month so I didn't get to go to any :( Well I am back and ready to go :jump:

Whats going on? Where and when?

We've got the unabombers coming down to our basement, and i predict the building will be shaking!!!

we've got a couple of gigs coming up - Shaanti on friday and Full Cycle on Fri 3rd but nothing in particular at the moment, recovering from festie season.. The next gig I'm really looking forward to is Karl Bartos (Kraftwerk) playing a live set (with his own/kraftwerk visuals) .. it's being run by the people who used to do Earko and is on wed oct 6th (I think the flyers will be out soon)..

OOOOH, We had them play at our residency in Brighton a month ago and they rocked the joint! Have a good un m8, i might have to pop up for it :)

Will this be a VJ thing? I am just getting into live VJing and am interested in seeing what other people are doing.

Smirnoff have just sorted out the lineup for the next event..
a/v room in the theatre will have Eclectic Method, Syzygy and Blowback..
eclectic are listed as doing a vj/dj set, me and dan are doing a "best" of a/v dj set and blowback will be showing short films and music vids.. Masimoko (I think.. not got a flyer in front of me) are ding visuals in the main room .. I'm putting a thread up in VJ events with more details .. the website, for free entry is

ps: JigsawMusic always has good VJs with Myogenic and Chromatouch as residents.
